  Only reason I am giving 1 star is for the lack of professionalism from laural the office manager. We were supposed to get our windows installed Thursday December 21st around 7am. We waited and waited and had family to pick up at the airport for the holidays. No one called us when they didn't show up. I had to take my dog with me to Boston airport because I couldn't have him there if they showed up. I called at 8am and spoke with Laural and she said she would call me back after she finds out what's going on. I waited and waited then finally called them back myself around 10 to see and then she says oh actually they are on the phone and she said actually I just talked to them and they said between 12 and 1 they will be there. It was after 130 and they still weren't there. Then I get a call from the contractor saying he is on his way and they showed up at 215. He told me that he let the office know wed that they were not coming to my house until afternoon time because of the job before us ran longer than expected. So the office as in laural the manager NEVER RELAYED THAT TO US. She is very unprofessional. I am very happy with the window install but not with the office not letting me know what's going on if I knew they weren't showing up until 2, I could have left my dog home and planned accordingly. So after that ordeal and them finishing at 3 on Friday I called and left the office a message telling them what happened and that I was very upset. I never got a call. I just called them today, December 29th to see if they got my message she said yea I do remember something like that but I'm speechless not sure what to say. I said how about you apologize and you could have let us know and kept us updated. Then she said so you would have been happy with me calling saying they wouldn't be there until 2 and I said yes bc then I would have known. Like are you serious. Of course I would have been happy with that that's why I'm upset you dope. I can't believe she is the office manager. If I have any issues with the windows I will not talk to her that's for sure.
