  I have been a T mobile costumer for years, and all the time that I need them , specially BEN and BROOKE, I am treated wonderfully. BEN and BROOKE are a kind of associate that have a passion for their job, they love what they do, they treat all costumers with respect, always doing their best to solve any inconvenience with a smile.   DONT GO TO T MOBILE Horrible service and coverage they take a monthly plan turning into 30/days no more monthly now bill sooner each month now all phone does is go into LAGTIME more like it....it freezes up all time . thier doing on purpose I was told for the non monthly planners so we buy into plans.... So Called manager Edward customer service and I was pretty Much told off and to deal with it..Nice PR FOR OTHERS WHO QORK HARD FOR THIWR MONEY TO PAY THIER BILLS FOR SHITTTTTTY SERVICE...TO SAVE A headache AND MONEY GO YP ANOTHET CARRIER WHO DOES MONTHLY PLANS AND STUCKS TO THIER DEALS. DONT GET TAKEN ADVATAGE OF LIKE I JUST WAS CHANGING ALL OUR PHONES THIS WEEK TO ANOTHER CARRIER WHO WILL NOT SCREW WITH MY MONEY. This all started when phone was shut off day before every month on 8th its due we'll not today they want my Money sooner now.
