    Horrible Customer service and I mean HORRIBLE. They never answer the phone and when they finally do answer they put you on hold until you get so frustrated, you end up hanging up. No one knows what their doing or if they do their too lazy, so they pass it off on some one else. If you go into the store there's always at least an hour wait and again when you finally do get some one, they don't know what their doing. You ask for a manager and he's always on "Vacation" but "will return your call" Which is another lie because he never does. I left Verizon after nine years. Why, I really don't know. Went with At&T and left two weeks later to go back to Verizon. Verizon may cost a little more, (and I mean just a little more) But to me, they are definitely worth the extra money. Their coverage is better, their customer service is MUCH better, actually their customer service is excellent. Never will I leave Verizon again and never will I do business with AT&T. I usually never leave reviews as it's time consuming, however, that's how bad they are. I HAD to leave a review!

    One of the worst customer services I have ever received. I purchased a phone in Texas while away on business due to loosing my phone. I grabbed up a phone from a local Att store. Well, apparently you cant just return Att phones to any store. They can only be returned to Att corporate and if you ONLY purchased at a corporate...The sad part is how is a consumer to know the difference between a corporate and non-corporate. Well the hipster sales clerk tells me they wont take it back within the 14 day return ( if though the rep on the phone said they would). He basically called me a liar and told me to catch a flight to Texas. I ended calling their resolution line and also received no help. I said enough with Att and cancelled all 3 lines and switched to T-Mobile which I have to say was the best thing I have ever done. The customer ranks up there with Amazon and Crutchfield. When you call their tech support line you get someone who speaks your language AND is from your region so understands your cell needs. Make the SWITCH you wont regret it we didnt!
