    Listen, I understand wanting to take your break on time but you do not have to be so rude about thing. My sister and I went into the Sprint store to ask why I would have to wait until June to get my iPhone upgraded (when I had signed into the contract they ha told me that right when an iPhone comes out, I would get it. I should have done more research on it because that's not the case. My fault). From the start my sister and I were both getting the worst attitude and we were just taking it, we were just taking it until we questioned why it would be until after June then the worst attitude I have ever personally experienced came out of this man. I was in shock when he basically mocked us for explaining what we had heard from another sprint store and told us the man we had spoken to is a liar and was fired (which is very far from the truth) so that problem was "solved" in his words. I was also told to switch carriers if I do not like the service I'm receiving, and when we pointed out that he shouldn't be speaking to customers like that , he chuckled at us so condescending and said I don't have one. We asked for a card for his manager and he gave us one that seems fake to me. I couldn't get ahold of anyone through the number on the card and when I tried to call back the store it was already closed. I called the "corporate" customer service and filed a complaint. This man has no right treating people the way he treated us because we "interrupted" his break. It was disgusting. Looking to switch carriers asap.

    The assistant store manager had introduced herself as the store manager. I called the store today and found out that she is an assistant manager. First mistake she made. She told us that the mobile hotspot was free, and the phones were buy one get one. She did not make us aware that we had to register online for the buy back to cover our fee's from our previous carrier. After our first bill came through I spent an hour on the phone with sprint to have it all changed. I was told by customer service to bring the mobile hot spot back to the store (within 30 days) and have it taken off. The "store manager" as she liked to be called, said we couldn't take it off without paying the cancellation fee for something we were told was free, additionally we were stuck paying 35 a month for it. Today, i spent 3 hours on the phone getting everything this woman told us straightened out. Sprint is awesome, however the store need to re-evaluate the "store manager" or fire her.
