  This review is not against the Manchester NH location. This company changed financial institutions in September and notified their credit card users via their normal statement. No where on their website did they indicate that they were changing and that new cards and accounts were going to be issued, it's the middle of November and I still have not gotten my new card. Called to get my account information and was able to get that just fine but when asked to change my name I had to do that in store. If I just proved to you that I was the account holder I think there's enough information to me able to change my last name. I will never make a purchase with Kay after this experience.
