  My Sales representative was amazing. Just wanted to start by saying that. ~~Be careful the policy you sign for!!!!~~ ~~Information down below~~ labeled ~~Policy~~ I am not impressed by the process of receiving the furniture. This took five weeks. Standard practice and I agreed to it so i cant complain. I recieved my furniture which is supposed to include a full set up of the configuration. The console section was not set up by the delivery service so i had to take three portions of my newly setup couch to correct the problem. Additionally on the opposite end of the sectional my second problem started. My window frame received a rude awakening when the back of my non-moving sectional decided it to wanted to recline. If my wall had not been there I would have completely fell backwards. Thankfully it was me and not a child or a house guest. ~~Policy~~ says I cannot recieve a new sectional until they attempt repair it first. Also if they cant repair my "New" Broken couch, i will have to wait the same amount of time as the original order? Really????? I dont get on some expedited list for what I feel should have been examined by QC before leaving the warehouse in the first place. How did the setup/delivery guys I stupidly tipped not fully set up my couch completely but not examine the dangerous furniture that could have serious hurt somebody... Im really stupid to sign a document that could not reconcile a delivery before a two month period. Lets see if it will take this long. Bought and started waiting on the 16th of December last year Got my couch on on the 20th of January this year. I could end up waiting for my final resolution on the 24th of February by this current track. Thanks.
